TIAlN-COATED HSS HOLE SAWS

The hole saw cutter for pillar and portable drills in fully ground HSS-G, combined with the TiAlN coating which "the hotter it gets, the better it performs", allows for high efficiency and cutting precision as well as improved chip evacuation. Ideal for drilling stainless steel, all metallic materials with R ≤ 1300 N/mm², and all materials in general. TiAlN is an exclusive PVD coating that enables dry cutting. The cutter features an innovative tooth design with lateral chip-breaking cutting. The recommended drilling depth is 3-4 mm. The hole saw consists of a shank with 3 anti-slip flats, a pilot tip (AISI M2), and a disc ejection spring. The cutter is resharpenable.
