The conditions stated below are deemed accepted by the customer at the time of order placement.

1. ORDERS: with the placement of the order, all current sales conditions are approved by the customer, except for special agreements accepted by the contracting parties. All orders are irrevocable by the customer but may not be fulfilled by us at our sole discretion and without obligation to communicate or justify. It is necessary to specify the article code in the order.

2. PRICES: prices are understood to be for goods free on board from our warehouse (packaging, VAT, transport excluded) and are not binding. The prices that will have value will be those in effect at the time of shipment.

3. PACKAGING: free of charge, except for specific requests from the customer, which will be invoiced at cost.

4. SHIPPING: will be carried out as follows:

• through our trusted courier, freight prepaid with charge on invoice, in this case the goods will be partially insured** (see point 10 of the list);
• through the customer's trusted courier: the delivery will be free from our Monticello facility and the goods travel at the total risk and expense of the customer. Therefore, in case of delays, shortages, damage, theft, etc. claims must be directed to the Carrier, the sole and only responsible party.

5. DELIVERIES: the delivery term, if indicated, is purely indicative and therefore relieves our company from any liability.

6. CLAIMS: must be received in writing within 8 days from the date of receipt of goods. After this period, claims will not be accepted. Claims of any nature do not suspend the obligation to make payments in the agreed form. The buyer, in case the goods are deemed unfit by us, has the right exclusively to replacement of the same or credit of the amount. Any other type of compensation is deemed void. For any dispute, the exclusive competent court is that of Lecco.

7. RETURNS: any return or replacement must be previously authorized by KRINO S.r.l. The goods will be accepted for return, subject to verification upon arrival at the warehouse. These must be sent freight prepaid and accompanied by the delivery note with the invoice details with which it was previously supplied.

8. PAYMENTS: must be made exclusively at our headquarters, according to the agreed methods. In case of late payment, bank interest will be charged from the agreed due date until payment is made, plus any incidental expenses.

9. PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS: the images contained in this catalog are purely indicative, therefore our company reserves the right to make improvements to products without any obligation to give notice.

10. ORDER VALUE: shipping will be carried out as follows:

• single orders (non-cumulative) with a value greater than Euro 600.00: shipping freight prepaid through our trusted courier;
• single orders (non-cumulative) with a value less than Euro 600.00: shipping freight prepaid with charge on invoice of Euro 10.00;
• single orders (non-cumulative) with a value less than Euro 100.00: shipping freight prepaid with charge on invoice of Euro 10.00 + charge of € 10 for management fees.

11. FAST SERVICE:

• To guarantee the service, orders must be sent exclusively by email to: rapido@krino.it
• For orders received by 10:00 AM, shipment is guaranteed the next business day, unless the product is unavailable.
• For orders received after 10:00 AM, shipment is guaranteed within two business days, unless the product is unavailable.
• Number of order lines not exceeding 10
• It is not possible to make additions/modifications to the transmitted order
• Possibility to pick up the material at our facility without charge.
