CHAPTER 1 – CODE OF ETHICS

1.2 Mission

Krino S.r.l. is a company operating in the tooling sector, founded in 1982 by its two partners, Mr. Pietro Novati and Mr. Roberto Crippa, and still managed today by the Crippa and Novati families.

The company serves professionals and industrial markets by offering a range of tools that spans from cutting to fastening applications, continuously developing and supplying innovative products tailored to the needs of each customer.

Krino S.r.l. adopts the following values as its fundamental principles:

1.3 Recipients

The Code of Ethics is addressed to corporate bodies and their members, shareholders, employees, consultants, and collaborators in any capacity.

1.4 Communication, Dissemination and Monitoring

The Company ensures that all Recipients are informed about the provisions and implementation of the Code of Ethics and encourages full compliance with its principles.

CHAPTER 2 – ETHICAL PRINCIPLES

2.1 Responsibility and Performance of Activities

Recipients act with loyalty, good faith, diligence, honesty, efficiency, and fairness.

2.2 Protection of Company Assets and Information

Each Recipient is responsible for safeguarding and preserving the Company's assets.

2.3 Gifts, Presents and Other Benefits

Recipients of the Code of Ethics are prohibited from engaging in any action aimed at obtaining improper advantages or compromising impartiality.

CHAPTER 3 – ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

3.1 Administrative Management and Financial Statements

Krino S.r.l. ensures the proper maintenance of accounting records and the preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

3.2 Payments and Financial Transactions

Every financial transaction must be legitimate, consistent, appropriate, and properly recorded.

CHAPTER 4 – RELATIONS WITH THIRD PARTIES

4.1 Relations with Public Authorities

Relations with public authorities must be conducted in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
