5% COBALT CYLINDRICAL HELICAL DRILLS, EXTRA LONG SERIES

Helical drill bits with 5% cobalt (AISI M35), fully ground execution, extra-long series, 130° split point sharpening, standard helix angle 27°, recommended drilling depth up to 10 times the tool diameter.

The high percentage of cobalt (and molybdenum) makes this drill bit particularly resistant to mechanical and thermal stresses and, therefore, suitable for machining stainless steel and heat-resistant steels, all high-alloy steels, and very tough alloys (Ni Cr steels, Hastelloy, Nimonic, Inconel).
