8% COBALT CYLINDRICAL TWIST DRILLS WITH REDUCED SHANK 10mm

Helical drill bit with 8% cobalt (AISI M42), fully ground execution, short series, 10 mm reduced shank, 130° split point sharpening, standard helix angle 27°, recommended drilling depth up to 5 times the tool diameter.

The high percentage of cobalt (and molybdenum) makes this drill bit particularly resistant to mechanical and thermal stresses and, therefore, it is suitable for machining stainless steel and heat-resistant steels, all high-alloy steels, and very tough alloys (Ni Cr steels, Hastelloy, Nimonic, Inconel).
