The hole saw with variable teeth and positive rake in HSS allows good performance in cutting any material with a thin thickness, such as steel sheets, iron, light alloys, all metallic materials with R ≤ 800 N / mm², plastic dura, wood and its derivatives .

The recommended drilling depth is 3-4 mm, depending on the material being worked. The hole saw requires a shaft , to be chosen according to the drill and the diameter of the hole to be made.
