Description Description

The BIMASTER high-performance bimetal hole saw is made of tool steel with HSS M3/1 teeth; the construction steel of the teeth allows the hole saw to work on all common metals with a strength of up to 850 N/mm².

The strength of the BiMaster lies in its reinforced profile tooth, which offers excellent resistance to impacts and vibrations typical of work with screwdrivers and portable drills. This hole saw will have a significantly longer service life than a standard tooth hole saw.

The tooth pitch is variable from 4 to 6 teeth per inch and features a less pronounced gullets design, which reduces tool jamming in the workpiece.

The hole saw is ideal for working on metal thicknesses up to 4 millimetres and on wood and plastic surfaces with thicknesses up to 20 mm.

The tooth rake angle is neutral for a smooth, tear-free cut.

The geometry of the hole saw varies depending on its diameter; as the diameter increases, the height of the hole saw decreases to optimally balance the torsional stress during cutting.

The BiMaster hole saw is supplied with the Krino K-Lock system adapter. (If the adapter is not welded, it can be unscrewed and the hole saw can be used on any bimetal hole saw arbor; the adapter has a hexagonal surface for excellent grip when mounting and dismounting with a 24 mm spanner.

The BiMaster features a matte dark grey finish with a white embossed marking that makes it easily recognisable compared to all other hole saws on the market.

The BiMaster hole saw is ideal for working on all types of materials: steel, metals, plastic, wood and derivatives.

Suitable for working on metallic materials with thicknesses up to 4 millimetres, as well as on plastics, wood, and plasterboard up to 20 millimetres.
